Using a internal hex wrench to turn the hex socket head screw, the screw will pull the punch through the metal, thus creating a hole. Before drilling, round holes need to be pre-drilled in the plate so that the screw can pass through the plate.
  • Applications - This punching die is suitable for cutting materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum, brass, and plastics. (The cutting thickness for stainless steel plates is 1.5mm; the thickness for carbon steel plates, aluminum plates, copper plates, and plastic plates is 3mm.) The manual punch works well even in confined spaces.
